You can request full deletion of your LEPPYY account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, job listings, applicant records, and messages.
How to delete your account:
- From the app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete My Account → Yes, Delete My Account.
- Without the app: Email newflo@newfloenterpriseinc.com from the email on your account with the subject "Delete my LEPPYY account".
Payment transaction records processed by Stripe may be retained as required for tax, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Deletion is completed within 7 days of the request. For a detailed walkthrough, visit our Delete Account page.
